Degree in Mechanical-Aeronautics Engineering from ITA, completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Insead in Fontainebleau and the Venture Capital Program at Haas School of Business, Berkeley University. Certified Board Member from IBGC.
Was a partner and director of Banco BBA-Creditanstalt, later ItaúBBA, where he worked for 17 years. In 1995 was responsible for the opening of the bank in Argentina, an operation led until 2001. Subsequently performed several roles in Corporate & Investment Banking in Brazil and Europe, where he was a member of the Executive Committee of Banco Itaú Europa.
Is currently part of the Board of Directors of several privately held companies.

Degree in Production Engineering from University of São Paulo (POLI - USP), has a Master's degree in Economics (FEA –USP) and extension at Columbia Business School. Was a partner and director of Banco ItaúBBA, where he worked in Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, Structured Products and Operations. Was a partner and member of the Executive Committee of the asset manager Mauá Capital.

Began his career at Banco Frances e Brasileiro in São Paulo and later held several executive positions in the Daimler Group in Stuttgart, New York and Auburn Hills (Michigan).
Was VP of Finance for Latin America and board member at Mercedes-Benz do Brasil
Worked as President & CEO of Daimler North America Corporation, USA, Holding of the Daimler Group in North America. Served as Director of Private Equity at Rio Bravo Investimentos.

Has 8 years of experience in the financial market, having carried out several M&A, financial advisory, and debt restructuring operations.
Prior to joining Mapa Capital, worked in Investment Banking at Banco Brascan, focused on M&A operations.
Subsequently worked for 3 years at Brookfield Financial Brazil in the areas of Corporate Finance, M&A and development of Infrastructure and Real Estate projects.
