Fernando began his career in 1994, having worked as CEO, CFO, and a strategy and finance consultant. He has been responsible for over 20 restructuring and financial planning projects in organizations such as Constellation Oil Services, Grupo Pão de Açúcar, Embratel, Petrobras, Banco do Brasil, Vale, Minerva Foods, Vigor, among others. In addition to his corporate roles, he has also been a professor at FIA-USP, teaching in the postgraduate program in the areas of Judicial Recovery and Mergers and Acquisitions. His most recent experience includes serving as the CEO of the Port of Santos.
