Fernando began his career in 1994, having worked as CEO, CFO, and a strategy and finance consultant. He has been responsible for over 20 restructuring and financial planning projects in organizations such as Constellation Oil Services, Grupo Pão de Açúcar, Embratel, Petrobras, Banco do Brasil, Vale, Minerva Foods, Vigor, among others. In addition to his corporate roles, he has also been a professor at FIA-USP, teaching in the postgraduate program in the areas of Judicial Recovery and Mergers and Acquisitions. His most recent experience includes serving as the CEO of the Port of Santos.

With 37 years of professional experience, the last 22 years have been dedicated to Corporate Banking, having worked at BBA Creditastalt, Itaú BBA, Votorantim, Rabobank, and Alfa. He has also served as an executive and consultant in the Agribusiness sector. Throughout his career, he has been involved in projects related to syndicated loans, DCM, M&A, Project Finance, Export Finance, and debt restructuring. Currently serving as the President of the Board of Trustees of the Luiz de Queiroz Agricultural Studies Foundation (FEALQ), a member of the Board of Trustees of the Agrisus Foundation, and a member of the Superior Agribusiness Council of FIESP (COSAG).
